My Sony Vegas won't detect my Dazzle?

I just got Sony Vegas 10 for my computer. I'm trying to capture gameplay with my Dazzle capture card, the model is a dazzle video creator plus hd. I hooked up all the cords correctly, but the sony vegas doesn't detect it. I tryed Windows Movie Maker also and it didn't work either.
