How much should i move my wrist/thumb with a clinical fracture?

Don't even try to move it or expose it to any kind of tension or stress. Just leave it as it is and go to the fracture clinic and get them to analyze both your wrist and thumb. It seems that this injury is not to be taken lightly. Be very careful!!
