What do you think and how can i improve my beginning?

Orc Lands...aren't Orcs something from LoTR? I'm not a fan of books that rely on cliches, i.e. drunken, grouchy dwarves, beautiful aloof elves, etc. Plus, in the scene, the word "yeah" didn't seem to fit, especially when said by a Prince.
