Dazzle blue screen error fix?

I have a Dazzle DVC100 and it has been working for over a year with my Latitude D620. However when I tried using it to record my Xbox360 one day, I got the blue screen of death. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers many times but I get the same result. However when I tried it on our Optiplex desktop, it worked fine. Anyone have any other ideas on how to fix this?
