I broke up with my boyfriend but still have that physical drive for him. Please help me!?

i m 21 year old and my ex is 28. The problem is that i broke up with him 3 months ago coz of family problems and he was also not good with me, he used really bad and foul words for me in anger. but we had 5 years of relationship.and i have had physical with him, now i am in a state of remorse,what to do.that physical thing drive me mad sumtimes.please help me.
