Do your eyes actually show when your sad?

okay so i have so many anger inside of me.. im only 15 and i get depress so much.. i know im young but i have had problems with my parents school nd my ex boyfriend. i get mad for no reasons sometimes. i have a really bad attitude. but honestly i suffer alot. im guessing because i dont have a good realtionship with people from school my mother and i've been in love for 2 years now. but he lives in 4 hours away from me so i barelty see him?. but idk im confused. i never share what i feel inside how i feel and what are my thoughts. but somehow they know i suffer nd i go crying sleepin at nights while crying ? i ask them ( people) how they know and all they say is that my eyes can show what i cant share? is that true? or possible? can your eyes actually show the sorrow all the sadness? i also have two pictures of me that i toke after crying && my eyes show a heart .. both of them? i think im going crazy?
