I get SOOO nervous around cuties :(((( help!!!!?

Everytime i go outside, the cute guys always stare at me (im not exagerrating because i am very pretty myself, have a nice chocolate complexion, and a nice body) but anyways, i always get stared at by the cuties and its obvious when they stare..but they dnt say anything. N me, i get nervous sometimes and cant stare back at them to show that im interested. I jus end up walkin fast and somtimes wen im brave, i stare back and smile. But still, for the most part, i get so nervous and i feel like my whole body stiffens up wen i see a cute and sexy guy starin at me. I wanna have alot of them as friends, because i think guys are way cooler to have as friends than girls. Problem is, i get nervous around cuties and dont know what to say when they stare...so what should I say next time i see one?
