Back pain or kidney????????????????????????…

Alright... I don't pee blood or have a fever. The pain isn't server! And it only occurs when I'm laying a certain way, take a sudden aquared step or playin basketball. Oh and suddenly bend over (no homo lol). The sudden pain only last for a few sec but sumtimes it feels as if my back stiffen up with the pain and I would have to stretch the pain away. Oh and the area is the lower right side of my back and ONCE AGAIN!!!! IT DOESN'T HURT DAT MUCH ITS JUS IRRITATING.
